5. Cargo insurance
Cargo insurance is not automatically included in all services and may be contracted at the client's request depending on the type of goods and declared value.
6. Limitation of liability
Fendyan SA's liability will be limited to the terms agreed contractually and to the provisions of the current regulations on ground transport.
